Christina Nawrocki FCCA explains the pride and ethos behind Wellers winning the large apprenticeship employer category.

The Oxfordshire Apprenticeship Awards 2018 took place in the Orangery at Blenheim Palace on Tuesday 24 April and Wellers were very proud to win the Large Apprenticeship Employer award. It reflects the firm’s culture that business is all about people and building relationships is the centrepiece of everything we do.

Join Wellers as an apprenticeship trainee and kick start your career

This is why we focus so heavily on our staff – their aspirations, their development and the challenges they face in their roles and lives. After all a happy team for us means happy clients. We’ve witnessed how running an apprenticeship programme is a key part of that strategy and the great things it can do for people, in terms of realising aptitude, building confidence and fostering key life skills.

The Wellers' team celebrating the large employer award

Our employees are the heart beat of our firm and their fulfilment is what leads to the long term success of our clients as well as our own growth and expansion. Thank you to Oxfordshire Apprenticeships and all the backers, in particular Darke & Taylor who sponsored the large employer category, for a wonderful evening.
