We aim to make a real difference by supporting various causes and the people they are dedicated to helping. As part of our purpose, our mission is to collectively make a real difference to improving people's lives.

How we acheive this

Every 2 years we allocate a day away from the office to support various charitable causes by engaging in projects and activities that provide our partners and staff with the opportunity to give something back to their communities and the environment.

It’s something we’re very proud of because we see the act of helping others as a key part of the development of our people.

What we've done to help others

Examples of some of the activities our people have undertaken over the years include:

Wellers Raise '24

Took part in Raise24, supporting the Oxfordshire Community Foundation and local charities thorugh B4 Business. We helped make a difference across Oxfordshire by raising £2,699!

CEO Sleepout UK

Our partner Debbie Austin spent a night sleeping rough in support of CEO Sleepout UK, raising awareness and funds to fight homelessness and poverty in Oxford and across the UK.

Oxfordshire Wildlife Rescue

Our team worked hard lending a hand at Oxfordshire Wildlife Rescue, helping clean out hedgehog dens and care for injured animals in aid of local wildlife.

World Charity Day Walks

26 mile walks in aid of Donnington Doorstep and the Lullaby Trust on World Charity Day

McMillan Coffee Mornings

Our team work hard creating delicious baked goods in support McMillan Coffee Mornings

Three Peaks Challenge

The Three Peaks Challenge for Breast Cancer Research, the Oxford Animal Sanctuary, Parasol Project and Cystic Fibrosis

Twin Town Challenge

The Twin Town Challenge, a drive from Oxfordshire to Le Touquet in France and back in £700 cars. All for the charity, SpecialEffect.
