Notice of office closure for staff training and development

Chris Thompson 28/6/2022 2 minute read

Chris Thompson explains why our staff training day is an essential part of client service delivery.

On Friday 1st July 2022 we will be conducting our staff training and development day which means our offices will be closed. Consequently Wellers' personnel will be unavailable for your usual office meetings, phone conversations and email queries. We apologise for any disruption this may cause however, we believe that training people is a fundamental part of their development and helps to ensure that we continue to enhance the level of service you receive as our clients.

This is what we refer to as business oxygen, whereby our employees are not just trained as accountants, but are also educated in the commercial awareness, practical skills and pragmatic approach needed to act as your trusted business advisor.

The internal event brings the whole firm together to develop and inform personnel on topics identified by the Wellers management team. Please note our offices will re-open for business as usual on Monday 4th July 2022.
