Beyond the numbers

Office closure for staff training and development on 18 May 2023

Chris Thompson 17/5/2023 2 minute read

Chris Thompson explains why Wellers' offices will close for a day in May.

Staff training is an important part of developing our culture at Wellers, and essential to delivering services and advising clients across the firm.

On Thursday 18 May 2023 we will be conducting our staff training and development day, meaning all our offices will be closed.

As almost all our personnel are involved, this means we will be unavailable for your regular meetings, phone conversations, and email queries.

We apologise for any disruption this may cause you, please know that this training is a fundamental part of developing our people so that we can better deliver our 'Business Oxygen' based approach to client service delivery.

Combined with various other training initiatives throughout the year, this ensures our employees aren't just trained as typical number crunchers. Instead, they're educated in the commercial awareness, practical skills, and pragmatic approach needed to act as your trusted business advisor.

We will resume business as usual from Friday 19 May 2023.
