[The 35 under 35](http://www.accountancyage.com/aa/news/2342991/-aayp-2014-accountancy-ages-35-under-35) is a list that showcases the brightest and best business advisor talent in the UK (picture attributed to Accountancy Age). This was the third annual and featured a new record number of entries which makes Ercan's and Jasmine's achievement even more prestigious. It follows on from 2013 when our partners, Matthew Wyatt and Debbie Austin also made the [exclusive register](http://www.accountancyage.com/aa/feature/2265295/-aayp-2013-the-35-under-35).   Ercan became one of the firm's youngest ever partners last year at the age of 28, reflecting his ability to develop strong relationships and deliver a high quality client service. She is living proof of that and in February of this year became the youngest ever trainee to qualify in the firm at the age of just 21.
