Do join us at our exclusive, 45 minute webinar on the key areas of focus to optimise the value of your business.
Taking place on on Thursday 22 April, from 4.30 pm, the presentations are aimed at the owners of developing and growing businesses who have the aspiration of exiting the business, usually by selling up, at some stage in the future in order to maximise their wealth.
The webinar will be structured around the 3 main aspects to managing wealth in your business:
Andrew is an Action Coach in Witney who helps owner managers create great businesses.
If you're looking towards growth, selling or just considering future options for your business, Andrew will take you through the eight key drivers of value.
Taking an investor perspective, he will provide some valuable insights that will start you examining your value drivers.
Working on these now could see your hard work lead to a significant uplift in the value of your business and personal wealth.
Simon is a partner at Wellers in Banbury, advising a multitude of growing SME businesses in north Oxfordshire.
He delivers professional advice to organisations in a wide range of sectors, acting as the equivalent of their Finance Director with responsibility for their outsourced finance function.
Simon will cover all the essential accounting and tax considerations you need to be aware of when valuing your business for a future potential disposal.
In particular, he will explore some of the tax reliefs you need to be taking advantage of to achieve savings and retain hard won profits.
Mark runs Mark Barclay Wealth Management in Oxford through St. James’s Place Wealth Management and offers private clients and corporates advice on investments, retirement and inheritance tax planning.
He will cover off ways to make your money work in the business, and outside it, and the tax considerations of extracting your wealth from your business for your financial well-being.
He will mention ways to take money out, but also once it is out, considerations around claiming back taxes or holding funds in an inheritance tax-free nature.
Each presentation will be around 10 minutes long and there will be 15 minutes allocated at the end for questions and answers.
Please do reply to Andrew, Simon, or Mark if you're able to attend, or if you have any questions.
On confirmation of attendance, we will send you Zoom details of the webinar prior to 22 April 2021.
