Simon heads up the Banbury office with responsibility for the firm’s clients in North Oxfordshire and the East Midlands. He delivers professional advice to small and medium sized organisations in a wide range of sectors, acting as the equivalent of their Finance Director with responsibility for their outsourced finance function.

In his role as a partner, Simon works closely with owner managers and board members, analysing the financial performance of their businesses. This provides entrepreneurs with insight as to what the numbers mean, informing both strategic and investment based decision making. Clients are then able to focus on the development of their companies safe in the knowledge that Simon and his team are also handling all the time consuming compliance and regulatory items on their behalf.

He is also the Finance Director of the Banbury Chamber of Commerce, and takes an active role in a local charitiy acting as Treasurer. Married with one son, Simon enjoys most sports in his spare time and has represented Oxfordshire at both hockey and cricket.
