Office closure for staff training and development on 27 June 2025

Chris Thompson explains why our offices will be closed for a day in June.

Training our people is a vitally important part of continuing to develop our culture at Wellers, whilst also essential to delivering services and advising clients across the firm.

On Friday 27 June 2025 we will be conducting our staff training and development day, meaning all our offices will be closed.

As almost all our personnel are involved, this means we will be unavailable for your regular meetings, phone conversations, and email queries.

We apologise for any disruption this may cause you, please know that this training is a fundamental part of developing our people so that we can continue our approach to client service delivery, referred to as 'Business Oxygen'.

Combined with various other training initiatives throughout the year, this ensures our employees aren't just trained as typical number crunchers. Instead, they're educated in the commercial awareness, practical skills, and pragmatic approach needed to act as your trusted business advisor.

We will resume business as usual from Monday 30 June 2025.
