Wellers is looking for a Payroll Trainee! This position will take place in our Oxford office working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm.

The purpose of the role is to be trained on the following:

  • Processing of client payrolls weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually
  • Dealing with HMRC on a regular basis
  • Operating the Payroll Package
  • Dealing with starter checklists, P45 and other relevant HMRC forms
  • Carrying out End of Year procedures
  • Online filing to HMRC
  • Undertaking any other tasks which may be required to ensure the efficient operation of the service
  • Any other duties which are necessary for the efficient and effective running of the payroll service

Full training/support will be given by the Payroll Manager and Supervisors.
