How hospitality proprietors can use digital marketing to engage customers & grow the top line

Matthew Wyatt 09/1/2015 2 minute read

Matthew Wyatt FCA relays the findings and discussions from Wellers latest hospitality roundtable lunch.

The tools available to hospitality businesses to market and sell to customers have changed considerably in the last 5 years. Similarly the way consumers purchase products and services has altered markedly and become a lot more sophisticated. It was these observations that made us focus our roundtable discussions late last year on how hospitality proprietors can leverage digital marketing to generate footfall and brand loyalty.

We have produced the below SlideShare from the conversations that took place and amalgamated it with a presentation that was delivered by my colleague Chris Thompson at the start of the lunch. Whilst not all encompassing in terms of marketing (it would be extremely long otherwise) it should at least provide you with some sound fundamentals to consider and action. Do let us know your thoughts and insights in the comments section.
