At Wellers it is our policy to retain our staff on a long term basis to provide a consistent relationship based service to our clients.
We do however have a continuing training programme to enable the appropriate candidates to develop their careers with the relevant accountancy bodies
Wellers has 15 partners, 100 staff in 4 offices - London, Oxford, Banbury and Thame.
We look after 3,000 businesses, some of which are run by one person, and some that have hundreds of staff.
Each year we recruit new trainees who wish to attain a qualification with the ICAEW, the ACCA or AAT.
We are looking for outgoing individuals who have the strength of personality to become business advisers and partners in our firm.
We want motivated people who are prepared to study for the professional exams and start their career.
From time to time vacancies may also arise in the payroll bureau, bookkeeping department or general support services.
